- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams working on tobacco control
- Demonstrated ability to work with various implementing partners, institutions at the national and regional and international level
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the African region
- Ability to work independently with initiative to manage high volume work flow.
- Fluency in English required.
- French language is an added advantage
